The company operates as an official broker, allowing customers to buy cars without a dealer license. AutoBidMaster provides full support — from choosing a car to delivery — and has over 10 years of experience in B2C and B2B eCommerce.

At AutoBidMaster, I worked as a Marketing Director from December 2023 to January 2025, managing an in-house team of 8 employees.

1. Increase the efficiency of paid advertising in Google, Meta, Bing.
2. Scale the email direction, which did not play a big role in the project’s KPIs.
3. Take SEO out of crisis and long-term decline.

1. Directed the budget to regions with the best efficiency (CAC / LTV), redesigned landing pages through constant A/B tests.

The company works with clients in the US and Europe, helping them scale online sales through custom solutions, ERP integrations, and UX optimization.

At Atwix, I joined as Marketing Team Lead and, together with the Fractional CMO, built marketing foundations and a GTM strategy from scratch. This work lasted from July to November 2023.
