My name is Den Kondak, and I've got 7 years of experience in digital, with 5 of them in leadership roles.

About Me
My marketing journey began in 2018 — at Serpstat (B2B SaaS). I was responsible for how-to content and created a team that published over 250 articles in two languages, generating 6.3 million visitors to this day.
I spoke more about this project and my approach at the Ukrainian Digital Conference in Kharkiv.
Back then, I realized: an effective marketing is about systems, scalability, and automation. Not just “doing”, but building a process that works without constant micro management.

Who is a Fractional CMO?
